Our standard materials for gutters are: bonderized, pre-painted aluminum, steel, and copper (16 or 20 oz.). For high-end and commercial projects, we are capable of manufacturing any material or product and are certified to install. Call our office for salesmen assistance.
- Galvanized Steel – this metal is a steel coated in Zinc to prevent galvanic corrosion.
- Bonderized – same as galvanized but has a phosphate coating so that it’s ready to paint.
- Galvalum – similar to galvanized steel, galvalume is a coating of 55% aluminum and 45% zinc. This coating will outlast a galvanized coating.
- Copper – a very moldable, lasting material with unique color. It can be treated with various chemicals to accelerate the patina process, offering various colors of green, blue, and red.
- Lead Coated Copper – the combination of lead and copper create a lasting material.
- Stainless Steel - does not stain, corrode or rust as easily as galvanized steel
- Aluminum – resists corrosion well and is available with a pre-painted surface.
- Tin – is a malleable, silver metal used in architectural dqetails.
- Corten- is a steel that builds a strong corrosive layer that holds up through the elements and has a rust-like appearance. It does not require painting and is long lasting.
- Zinc - This is 99.9% zinc, it is a natural primary material that can be recycled indefinitely. Zinc will develop a natural patina finish.
- Lead – lead is a heavy, soft, malleable metal that is highly resistant to corrosion. It is a low conductor neurotoxin often used in construction.
- Anodized Aluminum - Anodizing increases resistance and strength as well as providing better adhesion for paint primers than bare metal.
